The hydraulic horizontal small scrap metal baler machine is mainly suitable for steel recovering and processing industries, ferrous and non-ferrous smelt industries. It can compress every kinds of metal leftover materials, steel paring, waste copper and waste aluminum into qualified charging such as square, cylinder, octagon body and other sharps. The purpose is reduce the costs of transportation and smelting.

Y81 series hydraulic metal balers press the leftover of all kinds of metal material,including steel shavings,scrap tel,

scrap aluminum,scrap copper,scrap stainless steel to be qualified in the shape of cuboid,octagon,cylinder and so on,

 which not only decreases the speed of casting.

This machine is mainly applicable to steel mills,recycling industries and ferrous metallurgical works.

Compression box size,bale size,bale shape can be customized according to clients requirement.

Features:
(1) All models are hydraulically driven. Manual or PLC automatic control operation can be selected.
(2) Installation does not require foot screws, and diesel engines can be used as power in areas without power supply.
(3) There are two forms of packaging: flipping and pushing.
(4) There are eight levels of extrusion pressure from 63 tons to 400 tons, and production efficiency ranges from 0.5 tons/hour to 20 tons/hour.
(5) The size of the feeding box and the shape and size of the package can be customized according to the user's raw material specifications.
